Returns

If an item received is defective, please contact us for review.

No exchanges or returns due to selecting the wrong size or color. All items purchased are final sale. Be sure to check the size chart for the best option and verify the order selection in the cart prior to completing the purchase.

Shipping

We take our time to ensure all orders are completed with care from processing and packaging to shipping to our customers. Orders can take up to 10 business days for processing. Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order has been received by the shipping carrier with a tracking number. Delays can occur with shipping due to shipping carrier, holidays, severe weather, etc.  Once the tracking number is received, communication for items should be sent to the shipping carrier. Orders within the United States are typically received within 5 days of shipment. International orders can take 2 weeks or longer based on the country’s operations. Nouveau Exposure is not liable for any delays or misplacements of orders by the shipping carrier.
